Today was a day of rest. We didn't end up doing much at all. Lucy went over to Mark and Eva's whilst Tura came around for a while and we made plans to go skate Chelles skatepark in the evening.
It was a metro ride, then hop on a train and then a 15 minute walk to the skatepark, but it didn't take too long.


The park looks like it could be fun to skate, but the floor was really slippery so I didn't feel like really doing much when we got there. Maybe it'll be better next week? (and I won't have walked for a 1000 miles in the couple of days before hand?)


Still, it was good to meet up with some of the skaters there and they all seemed really cool. Got a lift home in Bertrandt's car, which was good, as the trains had stopped running by this point. Funny mix of people in the car.....a professional photographer, a professional skateboarder, a magazine editor in the boot, an American, a maritime lawyer and me!
